All-Club Activities

Monthly Meetings:  Members love getting together at our general meetings, which are held monthly from October to April at the Great Falls library.  These meetings feature a social hour at 9:30 am, a speaker at 10 am, and then a brief club business meeting. Our speakers have included authors, historians, photographers, antique appraisers, organic farmers, and many more.  Everyone is then welcomed to join us for lunch at a local restaurant.

Group Outings:  In addition to our monthly club meetings, we also have many exciting outings throughout the year. These "field trips" provide a perfect opportunity to meet new members and friends in our club. We promise that if you don't know someone at the outset of our trip, you will know them by the end!

Recent group outings have included: A docent-led tour of two historic homes in Washington, D.C., visits to the Kreeger Museum and the National Portrait Gallery, fall wine tours, a trip to Leesburg during Historic Virginia Garden Week, and a cooking class at L'Auberge Chez Francois.
