After leaving behind long-standing careers in corporate America, Veronica Falkenberry and Karen Bush established Great Falls Organizers in January of 2011. Their focus was to create a service-based company for clients that needed organizing in different areas of their lives. From home, office, moving, relocating, de-cluttering their environment, and transitioning to senior living, to creating floor plans, and handling End of Life Plan property closings, the goal was to use their combined skill set so they can see clients and create hands-on impacts in their clients’ lives. Thus, Great Falls Organizers was born and has grown into a well-known company with a network of pre-vetted service providers they partner with for whatever the clients’ needs are.
It is the mission of the company to accommodate the client for whatever chapter of life they may be transitioning to. As their services are refined throughout the years, they gain more knowledge and experience and while assisting a wonderful variety of clients. Great Falls Organizers looks forward to meeting new clients and assisting in situations that may arise, whether by choice or circumstance.
Karen grew up in a large farmhouse in New Hampshire, the daughter of two Depression Age parents who held onto almost everything "just in case" it could come in handy or be resold someday. Following a career as a Senior Manager with a worldwide consulting firm, in 2003 she discovered her calling as a Professional Organizer through her experience in cleaning out her overstuffed childhood home. Through the two months of work encompassing two estate sales, four donation truckloads, and filling a three-ton dumpster five times, she realized that hers was not a unique occurrence - there were households everywhere going through the same transformation. Karen brings her many years as a Project Manager and problem-solver to every job, along with the compassion and understanding of having grown up in a cluttered home and of being the parent of children with ADHD. She focuses on her clients' current and future needs as she develops and puts in place solutions that simplify and facilitate the clients' lives.
Growing up in a military family, Veronica started her organizing career at a young age. She learned that being organized would work well as her family moved globally every couple of years. As an adult working in the corporate finance world for 15 years, she felt it was time to use those years of experience along with a broad understanding of management, organizing, moving and time management, to create a new role outside of corporate America. Thus, Great Falls Organizers was born. Throughout the years, she has had the pleasure of meeting a wide variety of clients. No matter what the circumstance may be, being able to take her years of experience to solve a client’s issues and allowing the client to move on to the next chapter of their life gives her lasting satisfaction.
How We Work
Whether you’re looking for one-on-one organizing sessions or full project management, Karen or Veronica will work with you to determine your needs and come up with a plan to meet your goals, from start to finish.
After a complimentary phone consultation, we’ll schedule a time to come meet with you to assess your project and create a customized plan and timeline to fit your needs. We’ll hold an initial consultation where we can discuss your needs, goals, and timeline and lay out a plan of action. After speaking with you, you’ll know what you can expect from us, what your part will be in the process, and what we charge for the service.
